The COOKPOT series is designed primarily for use on gas stoves, but when combined with the IH Hot Carbon Plate Set, it can be used with induction heating (IH) cooking heaters (200V, 3KW) or with tabletop IT heating devices (100V, 1.4KW)*.
The COOKPOT base features a special coating that efficiently conveys the heat of the hot carbon to the pot, heating it slowly for richer flavor.

*The following is a list of IH cooking devices that have been verified as compatible with the COOKPOT series. Note that the series is not necessarily guaranteed to work with all IH products.

The Hot Carbon-18 Plate Set is compatible with the Casserole Pan, Steaming Pot, and the Large Stew Pan. The Hot Carbon-15 Plate Set is compatible with the Small Stew Pan and the Rice Pan.
