This item is compatible with a range of different heat sources: gas, conventional oven, microwave oven; and ceramic, sheathed, or halogen heaters. For induction heating (IH) cooking heaters and IH cooking devices, use in conjunction with the separately available IH Hot Carbon 18 Plate Set.
